The Class:
These classes teach how we can use the power of meditation as our greatest contribution to peace in the world, and become a positive influence on those around us. Each class includes guided meditations, beautiful Buddhist prayers for peace, and a brief teaching on how we can use Buddhist principles and practices to solve problems and cultivate harmony in our own lives and beyond. By assembling the building-blocks for inner and outer peace – well-founded optimism, altruism and a compassionate heart – feel empowered to change yourself and, ultimately, your world.
